Hello,
Could someone tell me if they have seen the New Hire Enrollment Form (Event date = 2011 and coverage begin date = 2012) have the same rate as the 2012 Open Enrollment forms?

In previous years the benefit rates were based on the effect date not the coverage begin date; however, this year it appears to be pulling by coverage begin date. We have recently upgraded from 8.8 to 9.1 and are wondering if this was a change with 9.1?
